 Description and Extras
This stunning very spacious (154m²) new 3 bedroom garden apartment is located in Zephyros village, the newest village at the 5 star Aphrodite Hills Resort to be completed. A lovely infinity edge communal pool is less than one minute away. It is located only a few minutes away from the village centre with all its amenities and restaurants, golf club, tennis courts and spa. The “Retreat”, Aphrodite Hills’ Greco-Roman spa is the ultimate experience in top-to-toe pampering and offers a great variety of treatments in addition to its exquisite “thermae”.
The apartments at Aphrodite Hills have been used by the British Olympic team in 2004 and are a testimony to the quality of luxurious accommodation this development offers. The “Intercontinental Hotel” on the Resort has recently (February 2006) won a prize for the 60 new best hotels worldwide by Condé Nast Traveller Magazine.
Crowning Aphrodite Hills Resort’s outstanding leisure facilities is the magnificent golf course, designed by the acclaimed course architect, Cabell B. Robinson. Set on two plateaus amid the hills the signature hole is undoubtedly the par three seventh. If this is not enough, championship standard tennis courts and horse riding facilities, two kids clubs (3-9) and a children’s playground with minigolf should offer something for everyone.

The resort at Aphrodite Hills is fully operational but there is still some building work in progress in some areas. Although this is unlikely to have any significant impact on the enjoyment of the property, the rental prices have been reduced by 25% throughout the year.
The resort has its own private beach located on the coastal road opposite the entrance to the resort. There are other beaches nearby at Aphrodite’s Rock, Pissouri and Yeroskipou, all within a 10-15 minute drive
A superb 18 hole championship standard golf course at Aphrodite Hills resort. Par 71/70, 6232 meters, spread out over two large platforms divided by a ravine and enjoying fantastic sea views over the Mediterranean from all but a few holes. A further 3 practice holes and driving range at your doorstep. Golf academy, fantastic club house with pro shop, restaurant and bar overlooking the 18th hole. The picturesque Secret Valley 18 hole Golf course only 3 km away in next valley.
The Resort’s traditional village square has shops, a supermarket, many restaurants and bars and again offers fantastic views over the Mediterranean from most areas;
The St. Catherine’s chapel and amphitheatre provide a beautiful and romantic setting for weddings etc.
A children’s playground, kids club and mini golf offer entertainment for the younger visitors. Babysitting facilities are provided to allow parents to enjoy some of the great restaurants on site in the evening or a pamper treatment in the amazing “Retreat” Spa.
Tennis courts, golf and the Intercontinental Hotel as mentioned above complement the site and offer something for everybody.
Aphrodite Hill has furthermore various Nature Trails starting at the resort and the famous Aphrodite’s Rock, Aphrodite’s birthplace according to legend, is only 5 minutes away.
Nearby in Paphos are numerous UNESCO World Heritage Sites, a joy for people with an interest in history and archaeology.
3 bedroom apartment
The apartment has three bedrooms: one with kings size bed, one with queens size bed and another with two single beds. One Bathroom is en-suite to a bedroom and there is another shared bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers oven, hop, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a very spacious open plan living/dining room and entrance hall with stylish, contemporary furniture and art work; dining table sits 6, but is extendable if needed. 2 large sofas, Satellite flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo, free internet access and local telephone calls. The apartement offers a large landscaped garden, two large terraces with patio table and chairs and 4 sunloungers; poolside sunloungers at nearby communal pool (less than one minute from apartment).
