 Description and Extras
Holiday villa Varvara is situated in a nice complex on a hill side offering beautiful views and walking distance to Pissouri Bay. There is a large choice of taverns and shops what are easily reached on food and a car is almost not needed.
The bungalow is very well furnished and decorated with lots of personal items and decorations. From the entrance you enter the open plan living and dining area with kitchen. The living area has quality furniture with comfortable leather sofas, a heavy coffee table from wood and small cupboards etc. There is a TV (no reception) with DVD and a selection of movies and music. For cooler days the villa offers an open fireplace and central heated (extra charge). The dining area seats 6 persons and the open kitchen is bright and airy and fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, both are very well furnished and decorated. The master bedroom is situated in the far end of house and offers a beautiful view to the sea through wide patio doors and windows. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Outside there is a covered veranda with garden furniture, a beautiful landscaped garden and a private Pool. There are sun loungers and umbrellas available around the pool. There is a nicely laid out BBQ area next to the veranda with a charcoal and a gas BBQ as well as another fridge.
Because of the cliff location of the villa, it is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
