Villa Stratos is situated in the tourist area of Pissouri, on a hill side with beautiful views to the sea. It is a very comfortable villa in an exquisite estate close to the beach and the Columbia Beach Hotel.
The villa is built on two floors and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is an open plan living / dining area with kitchen. The living room is well furnished with comfortable sofas, coffee table, SAT-TV, DVD, CD, Internet and Xbox (please bring your own games). The kitchen is bright, spacious and very well equipped for every day cooking. It offers all necessary electric appliances, a dishwasher and washing machine as well. The dining area is furnished with a glass topped dining table and 6 comfortable chairs. Two nicely furnished and decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the ground floor, both with view to the sea and the mountains. From the living area, through wide patio doors, you have access to the furnished veranda with built-in BBQ and a few steps are going down to the private pool, what is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. The garden is nicely grown in and ensures good privacy. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the upper floor, it has access to a large veranda with beautiful sea views.
Shops, restaurants and the beach are easily reached on food and make this villa ideal for guests what don’t want to depend on a car. Just 10 minute by car are two well-known golf courses and in just 20 minutes you get to Paphos or Limassol.
