Villa Dimitris is situated in Pernera just 2 km outside the busy town of Protaras and about 6 km from the most beautiful beaches in Ayia Napa. The Villa is close to a little park what belongs to the complex.
This Protaras Holiday Villa consists of all necessary comforts including a heat able pool what makes it most convenient for a holiday off high season. At all, the villa is nicely furnished and offers an open-plan living are and kitchen on the ground floor. The living area is furnished with sofa beds what would allow another two persons residing at the villa, makes it suitable for up to 6 persons. The living area offers SAT-TV (limited channels) and DVD for you entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking and consists of microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. On the ground floor there is a guest cloak room. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds, and one full bathroom. The villa is fully air conditioned (cold/warm) what it included in the price.
Through patio doors and from the living room you reach the covered veranda with garden furniture and the garden area with private pool (7x3m), sun beds and umbrellas. Here you will find a BBQ as well. The plot is surrounded by a high wooden fence and promises quite some privacy in the garden.
