This unique and romantic hideaway in the tiny village of Simou, between Paphos and Polis. It offers a fantastic view overlooking the hills to the sea. This 3 bedroom house, what is build with traditional stone, with wooden beams and shutters, has its own special charm. It is situated at the border of the village, only a small track leads 200 m down to the villa, what is completely private and not overlooked.
The house is quite spacious and furnished in a very high standard. On the ground floor you will find the open kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, dining and living area with fireplace, TV, DVD and CD and two twin bedrooms with each shower room en-suite. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a large terrace, overlooking the pool area and the country side. Outside there is a nice swimming pool, BBQ and a mature garden with beautiful flowers and plants.
The house is wheelchair accessible with wider entrance door, a flat floored shower room and a ramp going down to the pool with Roman steps.
