This brand new 3 bedroom villa is situated in the beautiful village of Fyti, half way between Paphos and Polis. The village with its 100 inhabitants is well known for their traditional taverns at the village square. With the location of 700 m above sea level it promises a welcome climate in the hotter summer months.
Build directly at the hill side, facing Polis, this villa offers a breath taking view over the beautiful country side, the dam and to the bay of Latchi. This view you can enjoy from all the rooms inside the house. On the ground floor is the open plan living area with comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD and CD. For cooler days there is an open fire place and makes the villa ideal even for the winter months. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers as well microwave and dishwasher. The dining area is furnished with a solid wooden table and 6 chairs, sliding doors are opening to the pool area and enjoy fantastic views. A washing machine is in the down stairs bathroom. On the lower level you will find one of the bedrooms with direct access to the pool area. On the upper floor are two more bedrooms, each with a private balcony and amazing views. These bedrooms share one bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning units (included).
Outside there is the pool and extensive sunbathing area with sun beds, umbrellas and garden furniture.
This villa is ideal for guests looking for tranquillity and peace, away from tourist resorts. Even though the village is quite small it offers two nice taverns and further taverns are only a short drive away. The beautiful beach of Latchi is only a 15 minutes drive away.
