This magnificent luxury villa has fantastic sea and coastal views. Its location is within a brand new development in the tourist area of Ayia Thekla, just on the outskirts of Ayia Napa.
The property comprises of 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms split across 4 levels.
It is doubled glazed throughout with air conditioning to all bedrooms and living areas. There is marble flooring through the property with under floor heating to keep you warm during the cooler months here in Cyprus, which is from Jan - Mar.
The ground floor consists of the lounge with 4 large draped windows that create a light and airy atmosphere. In the living area are 2 curved leather sofas, coffee table and a selection of homely ornaments. There are high ceiling to ensure a cooler summer and the lounge itself is spacious with excellent views out on to the landscaped garden overlooking the pool. Within the dining room there is a selection of entertainments. You can watch the Satellite TV via the wall mounted 40inch Samsung LCD TV with surround sound system. There are also speakers outside of the villa as well so that your favourite programs or music can be enjoyed from the pool/BBQ area. You have the facility to connect your iPod/MP3 player or listen to CD's. There is also a DVD player and a PlayStation 2 with around 30 games to choose from. The dining room is tiled throughout and has an eight seat dining table with leather chairs. The kitchen has been hand built to a very high specification along with granite worktops. The facilities within the Kitchen include an American style fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and much more. On the lower tier is the utility room which include a washing machine. There is also another sink should you feel that hand washing garments is required.
The Master Bedroom is located on the second floor. The bedroom has a King Size bed, walk-in wardrobes, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, fan and two verandas (one with sea views).
The Garden has been professionally landscaped and finished with an abundance of shrubs and trees. The main areas of the garden are tiled and are softly lit at night to preserve the luxurious atmosphere. The facilities include a private swimming pool (10 x 5 m), BBQ, six sun loungers and umbrellas, terrace with table and 6 chairs, large shaded veranda.
