This luxury Cyprus Golf Villa is built in 2006 and it is situated in the West part of the resort and in walking distance to all amenities. It is furnished and decorated in highest standard, promising a wonderful and relaxing holiday from the very first day.
Entering the villa there is the open plan living area with a beautiful corner leather settee, a wooden coffee table, an open fire place and for your home entertainment a TV with full Sky package and DVD. The dining area consists of a wonderful dark wooden table with 8 crème coloured leather chairs. Patio doors are opening to the pool area, offering a lovely view to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with high quality electric appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. There are two nicely decorated bedrooms on the ground floor, one double and one twin, sharing one bathroom. The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the upper floor. It has access to two verandas with beautiful views over the garden and to the sea. All windows have shutters keeping the rooms a bit cooler in summer times. As well the villa is equipped with air-conditioning throughout.
Outside you will find large verandas, partly covered with comfortable sofas and a large dining table for al-fresco dining. There is a BBQ area with sink for your convenience. The pool is 10 x 5 m and offers roman steps; it is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with quality sun beds and umbrellas. The garden is superbly landscaped with lawn and lots of flowers and bushes. There is a wonderful sea view from the garden area and terraces.
The location of the villa is very convenient. It is situated in a cul de sac, a very quite area and all amenities e.g. golf club, restaurants, cafes, hotel etc. area in walking distance.
