Villa Kypos is in a quiet location, with fabulous views over Secret Valley Golf course and down to sea. It is within walking distance of the clubhouse, tennis centre, spa, gym, Intercontinental Hotel and the shops, bars and restaurants.
The open plan lounge/diner is a spacious area at the rear of the villa overlooking the rear patio & infinity pool. The double height lounge area creates a wonderful feeling of light and space.
The internal furnishing is of high quality and contemporary and includes wall mounted 32 inch LCD TV and DVD player with full SKY SPORTS satellite package. The lounge area incorporates a beautiful leather suite, comfortably accommodating 7/8 people.
The dining area has a wooden table, which accommodates up to eight people, and a sideboard containing all you need to enjoy your dining experience.
The open plan kitchen has all modern facilities, which includes oven, hob and dishwasher. It is very well equipped with all cooking utensils and has spacious granite work surfaces for food preparation.
The villa has two spacious double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. The bedrooms have plenty of storage, with wardrobes and side cabinets. Two of the bedrooms have their own private balconies whilst the one on the lower level has access directly onto the swimming pool area.
The main terrace, which is very spacious, leads off the lounge and dining area and enjoys stunning views of the pool and surrounding areas. There is plentiful seating in this area, either on the wicker sofa and chairs or the large outdoor dining table which also accommodates a superb barbeque for those balmy Cypriot evenings. The 10 by 5 metre infinity edge pool has spectacular views across the gorge and out to sea. The area above the pool has a patio/seating area and a good-sized sun-bathing terrace.
This combined with being a fifteen-minute drive from Paphos airport, twenty minutes from Paphos town centre and 45 minutes from the Troodos Mountains, makes this villa an ideal place to stay for touring as well as enjoying the resort facilities.
