 Description and Extras
Villa Ermes is located close to the village of Argaka, at the North-West coast of Cyprus and only 10 driving minutes from Polis. Argaka is still quite rural with many citrus plantations and olive groves. The villa lies on a slope and is surrounded by orange trees. It offers a fantastic sea view and good privacy as there is no direct neighborhood.
The entrance leads into the living room, it is comfortably furnished with SAT-TV (limited channels), CD and DVD. Patio doors are opening the pool area and offering beautiful sea views. The open kitchen is of good quality and is fully equipped including dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large dining table seating comfortably 8 persons. Even from here there are patio doors with views to the sea. On this level is one of the bedrooms with two single beds and a separate bath what could be suitable for disabled as well. On the upper floor are further 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite facilities and the other two each with two single beds and shared bathroom. All bedrooms are well furnished and have access to a balcony with sea views.
Outside there is a beautifully landscaped garden with flowering bushes and trees and the most beautiful sea views. Here you find some garden furniture, a private, kidney shaped pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. In addition there is a built-in BBQ for a romantic outside dinner.
The sea is only 300 m and sometimes you can hear the sea surf, there is no direct access to the beach as the villa lies on a cliff. A 2 minute ride takes you to a nice sandy-pebbly beach with a small tavern right next to it.
