This new, luxury villa is situated in the village of Argaka, offering an exceptional sea view and privacy. Argaka is a small village situated easterly of Polis, it is becoming very popular for villa holidays, the village is stretching along the coast with a pebbly sandy beach. You can find a few taverns and bars for a relaxing time out. Little supermarkets supply you with the necessary purchases. Argaka offers a relaxing holiday in a green and still unspoiled surrounding.
Villa Ermes is secluded within an orchard garden, its elevated position presents a fantastic view across the country and the undeveloped beaches. The villa is luxury furnished offering in the ground floor an open-plan kitchen with dining area and lounge. French doors are opening to the terrace presenting the beautiful orchard and sea view. There is one twin bedroom with and adjoining shower room/wc. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is SAT-TV, DVD and CD in the living area. Upstairs you find a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a large balcony with uninterrupted sea views, another 2 twin bedrooms with balconies and a large bathroom. Outside there is the kidney shaped pool with roman steps, garden furniture, built-in BBQ, sun beds, umbrellas and a pool table. The beach is only 600 m where you can find some Restaurants and Taverns.
