This villa is situated just 50 m from the sea and about 2,5 km from Latchi, a small village with a lovely fishing harbour offering a good selections of taverns, restaurants and bars. Latchi is about 2 km from Polis, the main village in the north-west of Cyprus. Polis area enjoys a lovely calm sea and long sandy/pebbly beaches and the green mountains in the back.
Villa Kiriakou is a 2 bedroom villa just at the seafront, offering fantastic, unobstructed views over the the bay of Polis Chrysochou and the Akamas peninsula.
